My favorite quote is: "when the wind of change blows, some build walls, others build windmills". My main focus is on: social networks, leadership, executive development, strategy and business innovation. I blend emerging innovative knowledge and concepts with enterprise culture and strategy.
Started my career at an advertising agency. Later on, end of the 90's, joining an European Internet start-up. Ending up founding my own company Darapro together with a business partner.
In 2002 I switch to the business of executive development with training company de Baak. Working as a program director and later on responsible for the overall marketing and business development. Starting a new 'venture' within de Baak in 2006 focused on Innovation and Leadership.

Darapro offered an online tool providing consumers with personalized answers to questions. Darapro's service enables customers to interact person-to-person, so that queries could be streamlined and customer contacts made. I was one of the Co-founders. Darapro was integrated in a larger ICT-company.
