Melita is the member of the Zagreb Guitar Quartet, the exciting ensemble of young musicians that has performed from Canada to India, from Russia to South Africa; successfully appeared at several prestigious international competitions; premiered 12 dedications by contemporary Croatian composers; given a world premiere of Johann Sebastian Bach's The Art of the Fugue arranged for four guitars.

The guitar department of the Elly Bašić Music School in Zagreb, led by professor Ante Čagalj has created several generations of
Croatian guitarists including the Zagreb Guitar Quartet and Robert Belinić who have achieved success outside Croatia and established the image of the Zagreb guitar school.
Melita is in the regular coordinator of the Zagreb Guitar Days festival which celebrates 20th anniversary this year.
