Melissa Rosati, CPCC’s Summary

I became a co-active coach because I love the excitement of creating success in my own life, which includes helping you to create and to live your definition of success everyday.

At heart, I'm a curious person who enjoys being with people in a variety of places and events, connecting with them through language, creativity and with a dash of Zen. As your coach or consultant, I will bring my skills, business and life experiences to our relationship to help you gain the self-realizations that will propel you forward with the goals you want to achieve within the next several months.

My professional background is in the publishing industry with publishers including McGraw-Hill International (UK), Routledge and HarperCollins. I have extensive experience in strategic planning, reorganization, strategic partnerships, due dilligence, content acquisition, new print and online product development, contract negotiation, staff training and development, and publishing in international markets. These experiences and skills enrich my approach to coaching and consulting with clients who face daunting professional challenges.

I am a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a leading program for coaching excellence and accredited by the International Coach Federation. In summer 2007, I will earn my Co-Active Coaching Certification, a prestigious designation of accomplishment within the coaching profession.
