I have been in the real estate world in one fashion or another for most of my life. My parents were always buying, fixing, flipping and so on. There was not a year when we didn't have some sort of remod happening at our house. This started the bug.
I have found real estate to be a very psychological and emotional business. I focus on creating a welcoming environment for buyers and try to make them "see" themselves living in a house I have staged.
I have staged houses in $35k range to $750k range. The size is different, the theory is the same - welcome home!
