User experience (UX) designer whose goal is to improve the online experience and make it more user-friendly. Experienced in end-to-end UX design, from user research and usability testing, to information architecture, to wireframing and prototyping.
Consult and conduct heuristic reviews on a variety of user experience projects from intranets to public sites and web applications. Also consult on best practices and standards for writing for the web.
I am interested in the broader user experience from offline to online and going above and beyond clients' expectations. I am always looking for innovative ways to market to clients, including social media and other web 2.0 strategies.
