Combining her background in technology and business, and her commitment to the environment, Mei founded Lotus Partners, a placement service dedicated to building the green economy and helping organizations with their mission-critical, strategic talent needs.
After receiving graduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon and UPenn, Mei started her career as a technologist at a leading Business Intelligence software company, MicroStrategy, during its startup days. Mei then joined MIT as a researcher, and subsequently worked for other leading software companies in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare, and Online Commerce.
In her last stint in a BizDev role, Mei gained extensive experience successfully recruiting and placing VP, Director, Manager, and Engineer roles for her clients in Development, Product Management, Sales, and Support organizations.
