• Supporting a focused, results-oriented team of Managing Directors, Principals and Associates in multiple offices.
• Assisting the Divisional President on various tasks when needed.
• Creating and editing highly specialized search documents including candidate profiles, position profiles, proposals and standard engagement letters to be reviewed by potential clients and candidates
• Coordinating all interview related activity (phone, video conference and in-person) for candidates including setting up travel and interfacing with clients to confirm all interview details and logistics
• Facilitating background check and reference processes for each finalist candidate
• Processing candidate expense reports
• Setting up in person meetings, video conferences and calls between Managing Director’s and candidates/clients
• Scheduling weekly update calls with clients
• Sitting in on client calls and taking notes on the discussion and action items
• Interfacing with clients and candidates throughout each search process to seamlessly develop and execute the search project's objectives
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of meetings for Managing Directors and Principals
including arranging travel and logistics.
• Support tasks including, but not limited to, creating and managing documents on the shared
network and data base, assisting with office inventory and supply orders, and processing
monthly employee expense reports.


• Coordinated all trade shows, job fairs and special events for North East branches
• Responsible for all event logistics, including coordinating event staff/booth shifts with the local branch staff, shipping of booths, tabletops and materials, signage, advertising/content, marketing materials/premiums, and pre-, during and post-event marketing
• Collaborated with PR on any and all presentation and speaking opportunities
• Managed all events within budget by tracking spending
• Designed email templates and invitations for multiple events

Worked one on one with students from the Educational Opportunity Program tutoring them in both International Business and Principles of Marketing.
• Researched optimization techniques for website design and social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
• Analyzed research and wrote reports discussing implementation strategies
• Presented results to Communications department
• Updated company website with pictures, information, and press releases
• Updated contact information in customer database
• Wrote press releases for upcoming events

• Conducted market research for online airbag specifications for automobiles globally
• Organized and recorded detailed statistical data into Excel spreadsheets
• Edited automotive airbag company profiles for grammatical corrections
• Researched manufacturers and suppliers of automobile sensors and compiled results in formatted templates
• Interacted with up to 100 elderly residents, performing an array of hospitality duties
• Trained 5-10 employees in areas of service and communication for and with elderly residents

Nominated into a state-wide art show displaying best of student art work for the fall 2013 semester across all SUNY schools. My displayed piece is from a two dimensional design class and was created using india ink on bristol paper.
Accepted into the 2014 annual student art show at the SUNY Brockport campus where students have an opportunity to display their artistic achievements from throughout the academic year.
Displayed a 3-Dimensional packaging and product design entitled "T is for Tea" based off a Graphic Design II abecedarian project.
Received The Michelle Roberts Graphic Design Award for my "T is for Tea" submission in the 2014 SUNY Brockport Student Art Show.
