We are both natives to the area and productive, full time realtors. We sell real estate but also have a full service property managment division to handle your property maintenance and management needs.

Our focus is in Bank Owned (REO) Foreclosure listings and sales. Platforms:Platinum REOtrans Certification, Res.net Certificaiton, Financial Asset Services, Depotpoint, Visionsale, AMP and more.

We initiate property perservations including trash out, re-keying, winterization, estimate of repairs, and emergency repairs to secure the home as needed.

We can be counted on for same day occupancy checks, properly notifying occupant of new ownership, negotiating cash for keys, or commencement of the lenders eviction process or property management services. Count on us for your premarketing and marketing efforts.

If you are not familiar with my particular location in Southern Oregon. It is roughly midway between Portland Oregon and San Francisco California. We have well defined seasons, gorgeous terrain surrounded by the Siskiyou and Cascade Mountains. You may be most familiar with Medford, Grants Pass, Jacksonville, and Ashland.

Medford is considered the HUB of Jackson County and has been rated as one of the countries best places to retire because of moderate climate and breathtaking topography and cultural draw(home of the famous Shakespear and Britt festivals).

We have found a lot of success in Real Estate over the years and have extensive experience in residential sales, in investments, short sales, and bank owned properties(REO's).
