Director of Engineering
Edmonton, Canada Area
I have proven experience leading teams developing, maintaining, and integrating software and hardware technologies across a broad range of industries.
I got my start in the semiconductor industry integrating and deploying real-time fault detection hardware and software in many of the most intense computing environments around the world (AMD, Fujitsu, Honeywell, LSI, Panasonic, Samsung, Seagate, Sony).
Since then I was a leading member of a team that rescued a FDA regulated software device from loosing its ability to operate. A US Department of Defense contractor (could tell you but then I would have to kill you ;)). And a Freelance programmer for web 2.0 startups.
I am now an investor and Director of Engineering in Gaboogie/Lypp a VoIP provider/enabler. The analogy I like to use for our product is "Amazon Web Services for VoIP".
