Provide 1st and 2nd level support on the Ericsson MD110 PBXs in over 50 distributed locations in Ireland, UK and Europe. This includes providing second line support and an escalation path for UK engineering staff on telephony and video conferencing equipment on the UK sites.
Provide 2nd level fault diagnostic support and programming on Cisco IP Telephony for AIB Bank. This involves maintenance and programming the largest Cisco IPT system in Ireland with over 6000 users.
Working to AIB ISO certified internal incident and problem management procedures. Liaison with other internal teams when required the escalation of incidents and management of escalations when required.
Provide local and remote operational support for Audio and Video conferencing support across AIB sites within Ireland and the UK.
