Martin joined MRM Worldwide (then Zentropy Partners) in October 2000 from HP (then Compaq) after 10 years’ service in Munich, Germany, where he was responsible for EMEA Internet and Intranet site co-ordination. Martin graduated from the University of East Anglia with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Studies in 1984. He has more than 20 years IT experience, working with a wide range of platforms, packages and languages in a variety of roles including programming, analysis, systems programming, bulk email and system administration, production, project and quality management.
Martin is a Chartered IT Professional, a PRINCE2 qualified project manager and holds an ISEB Certificate in Software Testing.

I was asked to create and head MRM’s software Quality Assurance department in 2003. I defined all aspects of the new profit centre’s internal and external services as well as writing all the required processes including staff roles and responsibilities. I now lead MRM’s Quality Assurance department, planning, testing and improving Internet solutions for clients such as Microsoft, Intel & Novartis.
MRM Partners became MRM Worldwide in January 2006.

In this position I developed Zentropy’s Project Management capability and grew the department to 11 people, delivering Internet solutions to clients such as HP, Unilever & Reebok on time, on budget & on spec. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I was responsible for all PM staff matters such as hiring, firing & performance. Responsible for the company’s project management methodology, EESEE, I presented at new business pitches and drove business development. I worked directly on projects for clients such as Microsoft, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and RBS / NatWest.
Zentropy Partners became MRM Partners in January 2003.
