Eastern NC Real Estate Broker and Military and support company relocation specialist
Jacksonville, North Carolina Area
It is a very exciting time in the Real Estate Industy! My clients over the years have ranged in age from eighteen to eighty! To me, it doesn't matter if this is your first real estate transaction or your fifth, every sale provides new experiences and opportunities.
I help buyers and sellers navigate the market, the sales process, negotiate contracts and occupation dates and more. I love what I do, and I look for more opportunities to share my passion for my profession with others. If we have worked together in the past, thank you for joining me in this new venue, if we are newly introduced, I hope to have the opportunity to earn your business.
Feel free to shoot me an email, I love to catch up with old friends or business contacts and I love to meet new folks. Visit my websites and blog to learn more about me! (I'm on LinkedIn, Facebook, Myspace, ActiveRain, and MORE).
I can help you with real estate concerns regardless of your location. I live and work in the Eastern North Carolina area . . .
With warmest regards,
McKenzie

(Privately Held; 51-200 employees; Real Estate industry)
August 2002 — Present (7 years)
After a year in the property management business for the same company I successfully completed programs to become a Real Estate Agent as well as Real Estate Broker. 2002 I began my real estate career and I haven't looked back. I love the industry, even with the more recent turmoil, the cream rises to the top and I see even more opportunities for me to educate the consumer.

April 1999 — June 2001 (2 years 3 months)
Visit RestorationHardware.com, I enjoyed working for them through college up in the Northern Virginia Area at their McLean location at Tyson's Corner. I still really care for their "look", my living room is their "Latte", my bedrooms are "Silver Sage", bathroom is "Buttercream" and kitchen is "Atmosphere Blue."
(Banking industry)
February 1999 — December 2000 (1 year 11 months)
Worked as coordinator for the ABI's (Association of Banks in Insruance) annual conference (the year I worked there, it was held in Chicago) as well as distributed the non-profit's annual study of the industry. Worked under the leadership of E. Kenneth Reynolds.
I wroked under the elected Director, E. Kenneth and left the firm as it began to merge with the American Banking Association.
(Education Management industry)
August 1998 — May 1999 (10 months)
I taught for a year at KinderCare's Burke Station location. I really enjoyed spending so much time with the wee ones (I had my own "Class" of 2 year olds), however, trying to control a room full of 2 year-olds is like trying to herd cats! I still love to teach and find that, often, in my profession, I am provided the opportunity to impart some knowledge to my clients about the market, industry, process as well as trends.
