I am the Project Manager or Analysis Manager that you need. I have the analysis and project management expertise that will meet your needs and give you a Manager who will hit the ground running. I have strong facilitation skills, and have been an instructor for many years, both in the corporate and the volunteer sectors. I have dealt with many different audiences, from CEOs to the shop floor. Recognizing the importance of improving processes, especially in these economic times, I am currently enrolled in a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification program to enhance and refine the skills I already have as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

In my current position, I am the Senior Project Manager overseeing the implementation of a customizable COTS program into multiple speciality divisions of a major hospital. These divisions ranged from a very small practice consisting of a few physicians and therapists, to a large and busy surgical division.

I have experience in both the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, so rigid quality controls and best practices are no stranger to me. I have supported a development lifecycle process, and contributed to its refinement. My first love is requirements analysis, but those skills make me a better manager, since nearly anything we do requires the critical thinking skills of a good analyst.

Additionally, I am an experienced small business owner, having been CEO/COO of an S-Corporation selling equipment and supplies to emergency responders. After selling that business, but needing a use for free time, I started designing and selling hand crafted jewelry.

As Sr. Project Manager overseeing the implementation of EPIC Systems software into the specialty care practices, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of several concurrent projects within this overall multi-million dollar program. This is a highly matrixed organization, so while I have no direct influence over the sub-teams on my project, I have been successful in acheiving project objectives within the project schedule through leadership and targeted goal setting.

To date, I've implemented several practices, with one of the implementations going so smoothly it has been been declared the "smoothest implementation to date", and "it was as if there was no go-live happening".
