A grad from Royal Roads University’s Master of Arts degree program in professional communication in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Michael is dedicated to the art and science of communication.
His areas of interest include political, crisis and business communication.
From 2005 to 2006 Michael taught English in Nagoya, Japan where he created and taught a Grade 11 curriculum for over 300 students. During his Master’s he worked part-time in marketing at an architectural design firm. Immediately after completing school, he interned at a Victoria PR agency for summer 2008.
In 2003, Michael worked on Parliament Hill in Ottawa and graduated from the University of Victoria in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
Outside of school and work, Michael has given talks to members of the Vancouver Island Canadian Public Relations Society and the Vancouver Board of Trade on using social media.
