Full-time programmer, part-time journalist
Bristol, United Kingdom
As a programmer and business analyst, I've worked for many large financial institutions, including NatWest and Zurich Financial Services. I've written everything from pensions systems to Facebook applications.
As a journalist, I've been published on websites ranging from the BBC to the spoof science site Null Hypothesis. I've contributed articles for print books (the latest is "Defining Moments In Science", ISBN 1844035891.) My photography has been used on sites around the world.
Currently I'm a senior developer for a healthcare insurer in Bristol. In my spare time I'm working on a year-long photographic commission for a local ferry company.
Over the next year, I hope to improve my web design skills, take on several local musicians as photographic clients, and see the release of at least one more book with my name in the credits.
