Matthew Bernius’s Summary

My career centers around understanding the complex relationships that form between communities and the tools they use to communicate. I study how those tools change groups and, in turn, how those changes transform their tools. The goal is to use these learnings to design next generation applications to meet the emerging needs of these communities.

Much of my work is currently focused using findings to identify new solutions for existing publishing problems.
