Started my career with Fidelity International as a campus recruit from Delhi College of Engineering. After working their as a programmer for a year and a half I joined the Startup Bandwagon and started experimenting with Social Media.
Worked for slideshare.net at their Delhi office for a year in the capacity of a software developer and contributed to various aspects from analytics to marketing new features.
After moving from slideshare I joined another startup "Mpower Mobile" which works with mobile payments. Spent a year working on their payment backend. Uzanto was my first experience at a startup and that's where I got infatuated with web. I worked as a front-end engineer on slideshare.net(the world's biggest portal to share slideshows) initially and was responsible for developing and enhancing various functionalities like slidecasting(slideshow+audio), groups/events etc and towards the end of my stay there I worked on the back-end/server side working on *nix systems.

Fidelity was my campus placement. I was involved in development, maintenance and support of Code of Ethics Application(used globally, across FIL). As a Change Management Coordinator I routinely attended the Change Advisory Board meetings to both represent Change Requests for fellow Team members, and to assess possible impact on the systems availability due to these Changes. I managed the coordination and approval of Change Requests for more than 14 projects.
