Gathered team of the department. Set goals for department and projects and controlled their achievement. Composed year budget of department and approved budgets of projects. Approved plans of project development and marketing activities. Together with project managers created concepts of the new projects and helped to launch them. Controlled operating activities and assigned additional tasks. Prepared reports for general manager. Evaluated the performance of the team members. Supported the team spirit in the department.

Recruitment - searched for the people, conducted several dozens of interviews with applicants, hired people to the team, cooperated with headhunting agencies.
Waged negotiations with potential partners on joint Internet projects and cooperation, also about potential acquisition of Internet projects.
Market research - conducted research of online sectors of Ukrainian Internet before the launch of the Internet projects; cooperation with the research company - choice of contractor, briefing and control; composed profiles of internet companies for Polish headquarters.
Launch of ChikiDriki.ua - portal of casual multiplayer games: negotiation with Polish partner Ganymede on terms of cooperation, registration of trademark, PR and marketing activities.
Wrote and translated press-releases, wrote texts for corporate site Agora.ua.
Have been to Agora SA headquarters in Warsaw, Poland, for trainings and experience exchange for 1 week in May 2008 and 3 weeks in August 2008.
