Experienced software architect currently working, with great experience building and defining solutions for various industries, spanning from telecom billing systems to social networks. A passionate practictioner of the agile method (without method "labels"), domain driven design and test-behaviour driven development.
I'm currently working at a big social network for the European marked (and we're in stealth mode), and my role is as software architect and also system administration, dealing with deployment, management and monitoring issues for our services.
My interests today gravitate towards high performance systems, specially in web development, including front-end and backend performance analysis and optimization, concurrent software development (specially when using concurrent based languages, like Erlang), scripting languages and generative programming. I also have a lot of interest in Lean practices and the TPS.
