  * Developed server applications that managed multiple MLS data sweeps that were synchronized up to hundreds of times daily, when a singly daily or weekly update was the industry norm.
  * Created a distributed photo archiving application with .NET Remoting to manage thousands of daily listing photo updates in an efficient manner in terms of hardware and bandwidth.
  * Designed all databases for MLS systems, including developing a standardized set of views that moved a large chunk of the logic in the presentation layer to the database, allowing the web developers to more quickly add new MLS systems to their web applications.
  * Created a Flash real estate mapping solution which allowed users to draw rectangles or irregular polygon shapes to search for listings with animations, .NET web service, etc. Licensed to other companies.
  * Sold the company on 3/5/2008.
