Since 1997, his computer has never left his side and his knowledge of the Internet and marketing online has increased drastically. He first started search engine optimization in 1997 before he even knew it had a name. A few years later while attending a major search engine conference he became well acquainted with social media optimization while making huge connections with industry leaders. His expertise now includes: search engine optimization, social media marketing, blog promotion, link building strategies, brand management, reputation management and viral marketing.

Matt has been heavily involved in the Internet marketing world for several years. He has consulted with thousands of companies around the world. When I left Prosper I had the Internet division highest success percentage at 82% and loved being able to educate all of the people that I did. I am very glad to be independent now, but am very thankful for the lessons that I learned while at Prosper. I will still do contracted work from time to time for Prosper.
