My role requires me to ensure the processes and environments for development, testing and delivery are all available, audited, secured, accurate, documented, capacity planned, monitored and maintained to near 100% availability. I hold responsibility for all CM activities and CM/CMMi accreditation at FIS Software across its global sites.
The team I lead provides technical consultancy, software builds and deployment, database administration tasks, server/system management and development support to our development and testing teams as well as our external clients
