Launched Viewpoints Network in August 2006 with a team of former senior executives from Q Interactive and Orbitz. Prior to that I spent 10 years at CoolSavings/Q Interactive, the last 5 as President & CEO. Sales were $80mm+ in 2006. Over the ten years, we raised $100 million, took the company public in 2000 and then took it private in 2005 in a sale to Landmark Communications. Prior to CoolSavings I spent 4.5 years with Microsoft in business development.

Founded Viewpoints Network in August 2006. Raised $4.8 million in a Series A in September 2006. Hired executive team (Leon Chism, Tim Brennan and Jolie Fleming), in Septebmer and technology team in October and began development of next generation ratings and reviews platform. Launched private beta in February 2007 and public beta in May and the full launch in September 2007. A year later the platform has nearly 900,000 users and we have also developed co-brand and licensed versions.

Took the company from $21 million revenue to $80+ million in revenue with mutiple years of profitability. Landmark Communications became an 50% owner in July of 2001 at $30 million valuation took the company private in December 2005 at a $200 million valuation.
Gained five years of experience as leader of public company. Focused on recruiting, developing, focusing, and motivating a world class group of employees. Led the management team to develop and then implement a business strategy to leverage our core assets to more the quadruple revenue in four years while only requiring a 30% increase in staff.

Recruited the SVP of Marketing from The Gap who then led the development of a national television advertising campaign, as well outdoor, print and radio advertising with major national media outlets. Recruited the SVP of Product Management who built a 15 person team of product managers.
