I've worked on strategic marketing for a few years. Business models, customer knowledge specialized on transverse projects. This has been on very specific subject such as appeal for innovative offers or develop new business for the group on contents but also on very large scopes : developing a strategic segmentation for FT Group in Europe.
My main area of expertise is on the mass market and customer knowledge, which has led me to many other subject like defining business model, working on new offers development, business plan for the finance division and working on "brand" issues.
