On the client statistics side:
This involved the program management of the Client Report Card (CRC), built in-house, to cover both US Domestic and Global Custody for Securities Processing, Asset Servicing and Cash Reporting. In this role, I managed a $ 2M, 20 man-year project of business and functional analysts, IT developers and testers spread over three continents.
On the management (internal) statistics side:
My team was responsible for the timely provision of quantitative analysis behind executive decisions (unit costing, operational risk analysis, KPIs etc). In parallel, the team scoped and managed the implemention of a modern business intelligence platform (Business Objects based) covering all operational and HR flows.
In this function, I headed up a team of 5 highly-skilled fast-track analysts.
