The post grew beyond traditional boundaries and took on additional responsibilities including managing and marketing the customer loyalty scheme, line managing the corporate members scheme operations and line managing the Access Service for patrons with disabilities. I qualified as a company customer service trainer and delieverd training back to the venues. I project managed the introduction of new IT systems to the work place including the Ticketfast barcode scanning system to the FOH operations and expanded the product sales range by introducing the Ticketmaster Ticket Centre to front counter operations.
