Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, my efforts are focused on maximizing the value, liquidation rates and capital recovery effectiveness for the Chase-owned portfolio of severely distressed mortgage products. Projects and initiatives include the development of our partnerships, settlement campaigns, technological enhancements and portfolio liquidation and sales strategies.
Prior to this I was a Mortgage Modification Manager, managing teams responsible for negotiation, quality assurance and closing of Chase-owned loan modifications in a high-production environment. Teams administered HAMP and proprietary loan modification programs in compliance with OCC and United States Treasury directives. In addition to converting eligible borrowers into permanent modifications, ineligible borrowers were directed into alternative loss mitigation solutions including: HAFA, traditional short sales, repayment plans and other relevant strategies.
