- Responsible for screening candidates through a process of: phone screen, personal face to face interview, professional reference checks, drug and background checks
- Review, write, and submit resumes/references to clients per my recommendations
- Manage clients and vendors such as: Charles Schwab, Washington Mutual, Fidelity, Crate & Barrel, Coors, CDC, etc.
Managed client systems such as Fieldglass, IQN, Agile1, and Chimes
- Network through local agencies, workforce centers, job fairs, and trade schools
- Qualify requirements (i.e. new positions) by obtaining: detailed description of work place, responsibilities, negotiating pay rates and bill rates, start dates, etc
- Responsible for training the two of the three Colorado offices on the release of the new recruiting platform database/software
Manage a database of candidates, current contractors, and former contractors
- Interact with company’s managers on a daily basis
- Initiate new hire paperwork
- Visit client sites to learn more about the position, the company, and their environment
- Various additional administrative tasks associated with sales
- Utilized software such as: TeamTrak, Seibel, RWS
