My progression has been from large company to a renewable energy startup in a rapidly growing industry to a venture management group focused on helping small companies grow. This has been a conscious movement towards entrepreneurial ventures. This background lends itself to helping small businesses put plans into action, leading efforts across a range of constituents, and focusing on the highest priority items. Currently, I am employing with turnaround businesses and growing, sales-driven businesses in need of structure.

Brake Align makes correction plates / shims for lateral runout which causes brake pulsation. The incredibly simple, effective product is sold to shops for use in brake repair. Currently re-invigorating the company's efforts to build on past success and create new market opportunities.

Founding member of start-up focused on providing environmental and energy solutions for customers. Intrinergy develops, installs, owns, and operates renewable energy facilities to process materials to create clean, usable gas. The resulting gas, steam, and/or electricity is then sold to an industrial customer. I led the development of Intrinergy's first domestic commercial operation, which sells steam 24/7 to a Mississippi paper mill using forestry by-products.
