I wrote documentation to show implementation staff how to integrate Ariba data with external ERP systems such as SAP, (then) PeopleSoft, and Oracle Financials, as well as databases, flat files, and middleware solutions such as Tibco, Inc.
In the Demo Team, I created customized software demonstrations of soon to be released Ariba products and services. I installed and maintained versions of all Ariba software and services in an online demo center, as well as through custom installations on sales staff laptops. I provided 24/7 global support for all demo software and hardware. I presented demonstrations of Ariba software and services during the sales cycle as well as on stage at press release and customer events all over the world.
