As a membership consultant for the Boston Sports Club in Andover it is my responsibility to increase member enrollment and assure member retention. At times I am responsible for managing the club, resolving member, employee, and facilities issues.
I am proud to say I consistently achieve within top 10 performers in sales in region and consistently score above 90% in customer satisfaction shopper surveys.
I enjoy being the go-to person for the majority of member issues and often act as liaison to management with member, employee and facilities concerns.
In Andover, we maintain a relationship with one of the company's largest corporate accounts. I resolve issues and provide customer service for this account and take care of their employee's fitness and wellness needs..
Mostly,I pay attention to people and apply compassion and motivation to help them make decisions that improve the overall quality of their lives.

If your intention is to:
- gain a body that looks and feels great on you
- increase daily energy levels
- improve quality of performance in all athletic movements
- develop a positive outlook on life
- prepare meals that work for your health, your life and your appetite
Then through a six month counseling program we can both get there. Whether you are trying to run a marathon or just make it through the workday I am as excited as you are to step beyond what you currently think possible.

December 2004 — August 2008 (3 years 9 months)
As a Fit and Wear Test Specialist for New Balance it was my responsibility to collect feedback on a variety of the company's products.
This involved two types of "real world" testing protocol. We designed Fit Tests that simulated a store try on experience of athletic footwear. This allowed us to collect appropriate data relating to the fit and comfort impressions of the product. We also maintained a database of 10,000 product tester's that wore the company's athletic footwear and apparel out in the elements.
These two types of tests allowed us to generate reports on the fit and wear of our products to the product development and marketing teams.
While I was there, I also was responsible for the company's donation program. I was responsible for distributing excess sample product and testing products to a variety of charitable organizations.

Camp David III Seminar , Conflict Resolution , 2003 — 2003
In August of 2003, I lived in Arlington, VA as a student in a Washington Center run program called Camp David III. I worked with various Palestinian and Israeli interest groups in and around Washington D.C. who helped us become acquainted with every facet of the political, social and religious aspects of the Middle East conflict. The immersion based curriculum prepared us for a series of simulations. Utilizing the various conflict resolution styles we discovered areas of potential agreement. At the end of the program we presented our research to the Department of State.
