Throughout my career, I have been viewed as a trusted advisor and transformative leader who helps companies make money, not just someone who knows how much money has been made. Prior to joining Fort Ashford Holdings, I served as a senior finance executive for software, marketing, communications, and event production firms, including five years as Vice President of Finance and Administration for PainePR, another process-driven, humanistic enterprise inspired by Deming's ideas. While serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Vision Entertainment, I was instrumental in growing EBITDA by 185% within 12 months and consummating the sale to a large private equity firm.
My educational credentials include a master’s degree in accounting and financial management as well as a BSBA degree in business economics, entrepreneurship, and finance. I hold designations as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
