Heavily involved in the continuing development and scaling of a contextual/livedata adserving system that i had started developing before leaving Connextra previously. Helped recruit new employees and mentor them in XP development. Connextra was sold for 1.7 million and is now owned by Betgenius.

Involved in development of a Java web application for fleet managers Sateltrack to track lorries around Eastern Europe. The application used GPS, satellites and GSM to provide live monitoring of lorry positions and current loads over the web.

Developing a Windows Browser companion Sidewize as part of an XP team of developers. Involved in the full iterative development life cycle. Worked mainly with IBMs Visual Age for Java and Microsofts J++ and later with IBMs Eclipse. Involved in interviewing and helping grow the development team during this period. Shortly before leaving I developed a prototype of a contextual advertising product using the same technology but designed to run on a server not a client machine.
