Until August 2009, Mr. Brandt was Managing Director for Holding Capital's "Global China Holdings" operation . Holding Capital Holding Group has acted as principal in over 200 acquisitions and other investments totaling $3 billion in value with transaction sizes ranging from $2 million to $150 million.

Prior Mr. Brandt was Managing Director, General Manager and Board Director of Trenwith Investment Advisory LLC, a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (“WOFE”) based in Beijing. The firm provided access to global capital, M&A advisory services.

Prior to Trenwith, Mr. Brandt was President and Chief Executive Officer of EcoQuest Taiwan, Inc., an " Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company" which boasted the 17th largest sales force in the USA. Mr. Brandt successfully built then sold this business in 2005.

Mr. Brandt is a University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business Alumnus, Wharton AMP 48, and Wharton Fellow.

Mr. Brandt holds the Karrass Advanced Negotiation Certification. He studied Business Administration and Computer Science at M.I.U.

    • Worked through the Taiwan/Chinese government bureaucracies to set up a network marketing business (including Taiwan FTC regulations). Oversaw the translation of 250,000+ words from English marketing pieces, and localized them to fit the Chinese marketplace.
