I worked with Dr. Dale Fitch of the University of Michigan's School of Social Work to observe, analyze, and report on the implementation of a wiki at a Washtenaw County community service provider. The software helps staff record previously tacit institutional memory and surface hidden patterns, but also brings major social and cultural changes.

I also worked on several redesigns and launches, and got to help the amazing teens and staff finish some impressive media projects.
