Matt A. Getz's Summary

As a senior with a double-major in Political Science and Hispanic Studies at Columbia University, I've immersed myself in an ambitious courseload covering the classics, philosophy, international relations, American politics, literature, Latin-American culture and political systems, fluency in Spanish, and more.

My strengths include researching complex issues or subjects and integrating broad tracts of research into concise presentations; drafting or editing any piece of writing, be it fictional, educational, or professional; developing efficient ways to multitask; and interacting with people in collaborative situations.

My goal is to continue throwing my enthusiasm, work ethic, passion for international affairs and public policy, love of languages and cultures, creativity, open-mindedness, and full attention into both my academic and professional pursuits as I work steadily towards graduation.
