• Conducted a review of new media trends in 10 markets across Europe and Asia focusing particularly on developments in the mobile, VoD and online sectors. Identified potential opportunities for the client to capitalise on these trends.

• On behalf of a UK Government Authority, developed a business case for the formation of a Digital TV Academy, designed to promote the use of interactive digital TV as a medium for delivering citizen services

• For Siemens, submitted a bid document highlighting Siemens’ capability in developing the IT strategy, from concept to vendor selection and implementation, for the creation of a new theme park

• Assisted a consortium of local investors and a world-leading incumbent telecoms operator in bidding for the second fixed telecoms licence in Oman. The consortium won the bid, scoring first in all categories of adjudication.

• For Optima Telekom, analysed key market trends and conditions in Croatia and surrounding markets in preparation for the company’s Initial Public Offering

• For BT Openreach, the owner of “last-mile” fixed line services in the UK, conducted a wide-ranging review of their product development process, covering customer communication and organisational strategies. The project included around 100 interviews and recommendations for improvement across Openreach

• For Invitel, prepared a white paper for presentation to the Hungarian regulator supporting the introduction of a fourth mobile licence

• Conducted an assessment of the impact of changes to must-carry regulations applied to cable network operators
