Experience in politics goes back to the 1996 New Hampshire primary and enduring lit drops in the bitter February cold. Since that time, he has worked as a grassroots organizer with over 30 candidates including former Ohio Lieutenant Governor Nancy Hollister, Betty Montgomery and Former Vermont Secretary of State James Milne.
Mr. Dole has provided assistance in the form of earned media, advertising and campaign strategy ranging from city council to state representative. He helped guide Washington County Commissioner John Grime’s successful re-election in 2004 and served as county coordinator for successful campaigns including Judy Lanzinger for Supreme Court, Joe Deters’ re-election as State Treasurer and Joy Padgett’s election to the Ohio Senate.
Mr. Dole is also an accomplished new media tactician having written Lincolnlogsblog.com. During its operation, the blog was the only Ohio political blog ranked in the top ten most influential blogs every week the rankings were kept.
Mr. Dole is an alumnus of Marietta College where he earned a degree in History. He has attended The University of Akron’s Bliss Institute as a non-degree candidate taking the graduate level Campaign Management II. He has attended the Ohio Republican Party’s campaign school and helped organize and teach a campaign school for local candidates in Washington County. He is also a graduate of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity’s Leadership Academy which is an intensive week long leadership seminar based on Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

I follow the NFL, NCAA football, MLB and to a lesser extent the NHL. I like reading non-fiction, and am an avid reader of any new book on Lincoln. I'm currently going through the diet thing so exercise is becoming an interest out of necessity. And right now I have about 5 historical research projects going, none of which get very far in any given month.
