With 12 years experience across both on and offline media I have gained an outstanding knowledge of developing client relationships, building new revenue streams, managing staff and realigning practices & strategies for a broad range of international businesses.
Working with the some of the leading recruitment sites in the UK in both the niche and generalist sectors has allowed me to partner with a number of multinational businesses and help them truly understand the potential of online media.
My consultative and dedicated approach has always led to a close working relationship with clients and advertising agencies to ensure that campaigns are effective and measurable. My understanding of the recruitment process and the Online space has been the key to my success.
In October 2005 I was asked to develop and implement a strategy for the Interactive Group which would increase sales with Advertising Agencies. As a result the group achieved a 25% increase in revenue across their sites and more established relationships across the board.
Now working as the UK Territory Manager at Onrec I hope that the skills and experience I have gained to date can be used to help businesses grow more effectively and understand online recruitment, it’s challenges and it’s future.
