I have worked in software development industry for over 11 years. From enterprise software to boxed consumer software, I have seen many different domains.
If I would draw a Venn Diagram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venn_diagram) that describes the passions of Matt Bumgardner (with myself in the center), it would consist of 3 circles: user experience, agile methodology, and technical ability.
I believe very few companies have a user-centric design mindset in terms of their software development practice. This gap between people who select or write the software and those who actually use it almost always underwhelms stakeholders. The good news is that this situation offers unlimited opportunity to improve – and I can help with that.

All things web development and some other things that are not. I've touched the following technologies to varying degrees: .Net, Java, Ruby (and Rails), Javascript, PHP, Python, and Flash.
I also have extensive experience working on Agile software projects. I may be a certified Scrum Master, but I am not a paper tiger. I have real-world experience doing Agile successfully..

I consider myself technology agnostic and a software development generalist. In other words my focus is on creating an end product that benefits the user, not the technology used. During previous engagements, I've worked with .Net, Java, Ruby, Flash, Python, Objective C(Cocoa) and even Pascal.
