3rd Line IT Support at Handleman UK LTD
Manchester, United Kingdom
I became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in 2006 and aim to complete my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) & Administration (MCSA) certification before the end of 2007.
Having held a variety of 1st/2nd & 3rd roles for a wide range of global companies I have had valuable exposure to ITIL, Prince2 and Sarbanes-Oxley procedures.
I consider myself to be a bright, friendly and outgoing person which I believe serves me extremely well within any work environment.
