President, Fordham Prep Mothers' Club, Bronx, NY
This volunteer position is how I kept busy in my spare time (I'm chuckling) during the 2006-2007 school year. The Mothers' Club at Fordham Prep is a fundraising and social organization that exists to support the activities and mission of Fordham Prep, a Jesuit high school located on the Fordham University campus in Bronx, NY. This was one of the most satisfying "jobs" I've taken on, working with an incredible group of women who dedicate time and effort to fundraising and community-building at Fordham Prep. It was also my great privilege to work with the school's dedicated, intelligent, and compassionate administration and faculty.
