    • Established processes for bug resolution, localization and testing which decreased the introduction of new bugs and caused the bug report rate to drop from 15 per month to two.
    • Worked with cross func. teams including acct mgrs, cust. support, localization, field engineering, prof. svcs and mainline dev to support commercially deployed software.
