I discovered Grayson Hugh and was part of the team that took his record to the top of the Billboard charts in 1988/89.

Author of "The First Seven Days, a dancers re-telling" a gift book and musical CD for children and dancers offering a poetic yogic perspective of the creation story. published in 2002. Still sell this book, it was something I created to move out of the fear and negativity pervasive following 9/11.

- Apprenticed with Romana Kryzynowski for two years with a total of 1,000 apprenticeship hours by her side, learning the Pilates Method from this former George Ballenchine dancer.
Studied Yoga Teachings with Shiva Rea, Kripalu Center, Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bajan, Anna Forest, Rodney Yee, and Twee Merrigan.
