    Assessed, acquired and worked to implement 500Friends Gamification/Social Loyalty Platform on SAP-PRESS.com, an SAP Books e-commerce site. 500Friends is a SaaS platform that uses social media to drive sales by applying a loyalty points structure to customers who write reviews, share about SAP-PRESS through Twitter, Facebook and other social channels. The tool provides rewards, badges, leader-boards, deals, referrals for a merchant's customers. The SaaS app is integrated with the site's e-commerce system.
