* I am currently writing one of the top five blogs for b5 media, Baking Delights. Since I began writing for b5 in May 2007 the readership of Baking Delights has more than doubled on average. My goal for Baking Delights is to take it to the next level, with average page views being at 10,000 per day as well as opening up more opportunities to work with corporate branding.
*I have written a cookbook for Adams Media which is scheduled to be released at some point in 2009. This included recipe development as well as the technical aspects of writing a cookbook.
*I am doing more interviews in the Dallas area. I recently interviewed Executive Chef Jeff Moschetti of the Landmark Restaurant. Other interviews include Panera Bread's Stan Sears and Jason Russell.
*Food, coffee, tea, and restaurant reviews.
*Menu and recipe development, design, and consultation.
I am currently working on a second cookbook. This cookbook will have a breakfast focus with more images.

My specialties include all aspects of baking, breadmaking, desserts, and coffee/tea food pairings. I am also very good at recipe development in these areas. I was asked by Chris Bui of Sees Chocolate to create an ice cream flavor from a particular type of their chocolate. The result was very good..and a very popular recipe.
