Since 1998, Instructional Solutions has trained thousands of global clients to improve their business writing. We’ve built a reputation on caring and focused attention for each individual client.

Both online and onsite, Instructional Solutions trains business people to hone writing skills and techniques to elicit business objectives, create documents with impact, and greatly reduce wasted time writing documents.

All training includes instructor support, and can be customized. Courses include Effective Business Writing Techniques as well as specific courses in email writing, sales writing, business proposals, report writing, technical writing, customer service writing, proofreading, grammar, and external business letters and internal memo writing. Executive coaching and non-native coaching are also part of our offerings.
