As a communication consultant, coach, trainer and speaker, I work with individuals, businesses, non-profits and associations in providing practical tools and principles in communication to create more unity and ease within teams, departments and strengthen relationships of all kinds.

I am a certified coach, and my coaching practice involves one-on-one, co-creative work with clients. My areas of coaching specialization: Life redesign, leadership, executive, life balance , interpersonal skills. Presentation skills and communicating your message to the world is also an area of individual work that I do with clients that is a unique blending of coaching and consulting.
