The best training combines realism with inspiration and energy.
I tackle workplace issues like harassment, violence, reorganization, stress, diversity, and customer service without anesthetizing my audiences. (Well, they do get pretty relaxed during the stress management seminars, I'll admit.)
I love to watch groups come to life during my presentations at workshops, conferences, team-building events, supervisory skills training, and small-group consultations.
Please request a free consultation about how I can ignite your team. And if you're a recruiter or HR person who thinks I'd be great working at your company full- or part-time, you may also feel free to contact me! Thanks.
My curiosity about cultures has led me to focus on many aspects of diversity training, including cross-generational and multicultural communication, gender-related issues, world religions and religious pluralism, disability awareness, and a very special program called "Welcome at Work" about making the workplace a safe and productive environment for LGBT employees. I like tying themes together, like ethnic and racial diversity as viewed from a cross-generational perspective.

What does your team need to talk about? We facilitate skill-building and lively discussion on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to diversity-related issues, workplace harassment prevention, curing negativity in the workplace, and providing stellar customer service. Especially pertinent these days: "How to Survive a Layoff" and "Leading through Change".
See the former Crites website for newsletters that I have written and training topics that I continue to offer. www.criteseap.com. Other interests include fine ethnic cuisine on a budget (Persian food is my favorite; Oaxacan is a close second) and figuring out ways to incorporate gentle humor into my presentations. Milwaukee is the City of Festivals, and I try to attend as many as possible during the course of the summer.
