Marvin Makofsky’s Summary
Throughout his colorful career, Marvin has identified inefficiencies in business process and created solutions. Since 1972, Marvin has been viewed by his peers as an inspired, driven innovator with sharp business acumen.
Marvin has been featured on CNN Radio, Newsday, and The Warner Channel as well as countless trade journals as a print industry visionary. Marvin has been a speaker at numerous organization meetings such as National Postal Forum, Mailcom, Mail Systems Management Assn. and Mail Fulfillment Systems Assn. He has also served on the board of the Association of Graphic Communications.
Marvin has been recognized with more then 100 national and international design awards. More recently, Print Professional Magazine awarded Marvin their first lifetime achievement award. In 2005 Marvin was awarded the Document Management Industry Association's Peak Award for Best New Envelope.
Through Marvin's efforts, Conformer Expansion Products have solved challenges for many prestigious non-profit and profit organizations the likes of Standard & Poors, Wall Street Journal, Pfizer, Siemens, Harvard Business School, and Direct Marketing Association.
Received 7 patents and more coming on the development of self expanding Envelopes and Marketing Presentation Pocket Folders.
Created a new trademark brand called Conformer Expansion Products.
